Quotes/Custom Orders/Changes:
The prices displayed on this Website are quoted in Euros and are valid and effective only in the Europe. Additional shipping and other charges may apply for orders outside of the Europe territories, and you will be advised of such charges and your responsibility for any portion thereof before we finalize and ship your order. Furthermore, while we do our best to assure that the taxes quoted for a particular order are accurate for the applicable location to which the order is being shipped, should an erroneous quote be provided, we will notify you of such error before finalizing and shipping your order. You will be responsible for all applicable taxes, regardless of the amount quoted on this Website at the time of your order.
Price quotes are good for thirty (20) days.
Delivery
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place at the time GFF places an order in the possession of any carrier service (e.g., UPS, USPS, or Federal Express, DHL, Hand Delivery) for customer delivery. GFF is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our possession.
If you choose a specific delivery date when placing your order, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the delivery process and we recommend you choose a delivery date at least one day early to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries.

Payment

Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery in the Costa Del Sol, Spain.The charge for same day rush delivery depends on our current order volume and the time you place an order. If your address is in our hand-delivery zone, then you will see a countdown clock letting you know how much time you have to place your order to get it today.
Large and Small Box Arrangement Shipping
Our Small and Large Box arrangements ship either via UPS, ASM, GLS or FedEx, depending on your location.
International Shipping
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS (whichever options are available). The countries that we currently ship to are listed below. Check back frequently as we continuously update our serviced countries. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & FRAUD VERIFICATION
Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer who's order gets flagged via email.
PACKAGE TRACKING
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.
DELIVERY INSURANCE
All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Shipping costs shown at the time of order placement is inclusive of all duties and taxes for the country specified. Any changes to the order's ship-to address after the product has shipped may result in additional fees charged by the courier.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All Eternity® Rose arrangements are eligible to ship outside the Europe zone to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delayed caused by customs processing.
